My homemade wedding cakes are made to order, and the rich, dark fruit cakes i produce are made using mostly organic fruits, the very best butter, dark moist sugars, and laced with the finest cream sherry.
The cakes are stored to moisten before they are given a generous covering of soft marzipan and then iced in sugar paste.
If you wish you can have a tier of the cake made of madeira cake or chocolate sponge cake. Cakes can be stacked, supported on separators or displayed on a tall cake stand. My multi-stands of cupcakes are very popular also
